Clinical leadership in Washington mental health care

As an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and Founder and Clinical Director of Counseling Services for Wellbeing, I supervise and develop other clinicians while remaining closely engaged with clinical work. I built a practice where therapy and psychiatry are integrated under one roof, so clinical judgement can be informed by a wider view of the person and the care around them.

Clinicians, teams, and organizations consult with me about complex clinical questions, relational dynamics, and the systems that shape care. My role brings together direct practice, supervision, consultation, and the responsibility of leading a group practice.
